Taylor, the founder of JonesBar, leads an active lifestyle that has fueled his passion for creating an organic and straightforward alternative to existing products on store shelves. With adventure as a constant companion, he always carries a bar in his pocket, whether participating in a marathon paddle board race around Manhattan, hiking along the coast, or exploring new places.
The journey began with a simple yet labor-intensive process. Taylor blended bars in his mother's kitchen, wrapping them in wax paper and personally inscribing "JonesBar" on each one. The original lineup featured flavors like coconut, PB+J, mango, and goji trail mix.
In 2015, the official journey commenced. With the support of good friends, JonesBar established its first commercial kitchen in the quaint beach town of Sea Girt, NJ. Within the modest 125 sqft space, they quickly filled orders and began selling JonesBars throughout Monmouth County.
As growth accelerated, the humble shop in Sea Girt could no longer accommodate the increasing demand. In 2017, JonesBar bid farewell to Sea Girt and embraced a new chapter in Manasquan, NJ. The team constructed a spacious 4,000 sqft shop, providing ample room for expansion and continued progress.
