Riverford has been leading the way in organic veg since 1986, when founder Guy Singh-Watson planted his first field of leeks. Today, we have three organic farms of our own, as well as working closely with 325 organic small-scale family farmers who supply what we canât grow ourselves.
Organic farming treads lightly on the planet, with full traceability from field to fork. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do: eating with the seasons (growing a colourful range of varieties across the year), never using air freight, and delivering all our fruit and veg in home compostable or paper packaging.
