Founded in 2016 by siblings Mendel and Faye, along with Faye's husband Adam, the journey of Loving Foods began with a personal quest for improved health and well-being.
Mendel, a qualified nutritional therapist, and Faye, who battled chronic IBS, discovered the powerful impact of natural and healthy foods on their own lives. Through Mendel's expertise and Faye's personal experience, they witnessed firsthand the positive effects of fermented foods. Inspired by their own transformation, they started preparing their own fermented creations, which quickly gained recognition and praise from family and friends.
